Kek kali ini ditujukan khas kepada mereka yang meminati lemon ataupun yang suka pada makanan yang masam-masam manis ni....
KEK LEMON
Kek Span
Bahan:
120g gula kastor
10g ovalette
4 biji telur gred A
130g tepung kek}
1 sudu teh serbuk penaik}--(A) diayak
40g air
60g minyak masak/mentega cair
1 sudu teh esen vanila
Cara membuat:
1.Griskan acuan kek bulat berukuran 8'' atau 9''.Lapis dg
kertas serap minyak.
Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 180'C.
2.Satukan gula kastor.ovalette,telur & bahan (A) ke
dalam mangkuk pengadun.Pukul dgn
kelajuan perlahan untuk sebatikannya.Tukar kelajuan
tinggi & pukul lagi hingga kembang
selama 5 minit.
3.Perlahankan kelajuan dan tuangkan air & esen
vanila.Pukul lagi dengan kelajuan tinggi
selama 5 minit hingga adunan ringan dan gebu.
4.Masukkan minyak atau mentega.Dikacau sebati.
5.Tuang adunan ke dalam acuan.Bakar selama 45 minit.
6.Setelah masak,terlangkupkan agar ia tidak mendap.
Selepas 5 minit,terbalikkan semula dan lorek
tepinya dengan pisau dan keluarkan kek.
Biarkan ia sejuk.
Lemon
sauce:
A: 3 eggs, 90g sugar, lemon juice 97 g, lemon peel .
B: 67g butter
fresh cream 220g-250g
(lemon sauce)
1) to (A) mix all ingredients into A pot, double boil it till (A) become thicken.
2) filter (A) and then back into the hot water, add (B) continue to double boil until thickened.
3) Wrapping the bowl, let it cool, and then put aside for standby.
Cake combination:
1) Cut the cake into 3 pieces.
2) put a piece of cake on the bottom, put on some fresh cream, add some lemon sauce, cover the second piece of cake, repeat to complete.
3) finally, pour the lemon sauces on top..
